I" <br />FROM EMER~LD LAKE HEIGHTS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, .the hereinafter described territory, being a portion <br /> <br />of that territory known as II Edgewood' Road Annexation No. I" was <br /> <br />annexed to the City of Redwood City by Ordinance No. 1386, <br /> <br />said annexation being effective on February 21, 1969; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said area is included in the Emerald Lake Heights <br /> <br />Sewer Maintenance District; <br /> <br />NOI'v, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLO,\,vS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 4926 of the <br /> <br />Health and safety Code of the State of California, 'the herein- <br /> <br />after described property, being a portion of the property known <br /> <br />as IIEdgewood Road Annexati.on No. 111 is hereby requested to be <br /> <br />excluded from the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward certified <br /> <br />copies of this resolution to the state Board of Equalization, <br /> <br />the Sdn Mateo County Assessor, and the Emerald Lake Heights <br /> <br />Sewer Maintenance District. <br /> <br />3. The exclusion of the following described territory <br /> <br />from the above mentioned district shall be effective on the date <br /> <br />of receipt of this resolution by said District. <br /> <br />4.
