S93S <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENTS FOR RIGHT OF WAY APPRAISALS AND NEGOTIATION <br />SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH MIDDLEFIELD ROAD WIDENING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore determined that it shall <br /> <br />proceed with acquisition of interests in certain parcels of real <br /> <br />property in connection with the widening of Middlefield Road: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council agreements <br /> <br />for right of way appraisals and negotiation services in connection <br /> <br />with the appraisals and acquisitions of those certain parcels of <br /> <br />real property designated as Parcels I through 24, as shown upon <br /> <br />the plat entitled "Middlefield Road Widening Acquisition Map _ <br /> <br />Chestnut Street to Maple street," dated March 4, 1969, on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Engineer, by this reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Those certain agreements, entitled "Agreement for Appraisal <br /> <br />and Negotiation Services - Middlefield Road Widening Project, <br /> <br />Phase 2," providing for appraisals and negotiation services of <br /> <br />Marvin Casalina and C. Warren Fox, copies of which are on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, and by this reference made a <br /> <br />part hereof, are hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute same on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
