I 0 '69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH MARSHALL AND STEVENS, INCORPORATED, <br />FOR PREPARATION OF AN APPRAISAL OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL <br />FACILITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City and the firm of <br /> <br />Marshall and Stevens, Incorporated, for the preparation of an <br /> <br />appraisal of certain municipal facilities for determination of <br /> <br />insurable reproduction costs and the depreciated value of such <br /> <br />facilities, and the preparation of inventories; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Appraisal <br /> <br />Services - Municipal Facilities, II by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Marshall and Stevens, Incorporated, a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is made for the full terms and conditions <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
