S-'1.J. 0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR FURNISHING <br />OF SWIM POOL FILTER SYSTEM; AND, DIRECTING RETURN OF <br />SECURITY DEPOSIT RECEIVED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5898, adopted February 10, <br /> <br />1969, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of a <br /> <br />complete swim pool filter system, with standard controls, for <br /> <br />installation at the Community Park swim pool; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and <br /> <br />filed with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to reject all bids received pursuant to said call and to <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to return all security <br /> <br />deposit received; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Any and all bids received under date of February 25, <br /> <br />1969, by the City of Redwood City, for the furnishing of a <br /> <br />complete swim pool filter system, with standard controls, pursuant <br /> <br />to call for bids authorized by Resolution No. 5898, are hereby <br /> <br />rejected. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return all security deposit received in connection with said <br /> <br />bids to all bidders. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
