<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JHT:yc:2/l3/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAr <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. ...rC;/ () <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFI~TIONS FOR THE <br />FURNISHING OF CAST IRON AND DUCTILE IRON PIPE <br />FOR THE PERIOD APRIL 1, 1969, THROUGH JUNE 30, <br />1970: AND AUTHORIZING ~LL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the furnishing OD cast iron and ductile iron <br /> <br />pipe to be used for municipal purposes: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, specifications for the type of, and estimated <br /> <br />amounts of, said material required for such period have been <br /> <br />prepared by the City Manager; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications for cast iron and ductile <br /> <br />iron pipe to be used for municipal purposes for the period <br /> <br />April 1, 1969, through June 30, 1970, prepared by the City <br /> <br />Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said material in <br /> <br />accordance with the specifications therefor, said advertisement <br /> <br />to be in the form of that certain notice of sealed bids set <br /> <br />forth in the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
