<br />.J <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JHT:cb 2/13/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAC <br /> <br />R E .e. 0 L U T 1.. 0 li N O. s-, a , <br /> <br />J--o. : 7 'W <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF LIQUID CHBORINE FOR THE PERIOD APRIL 1, 1969, THROUGH <br />JUNE 30, 1970: AND, AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the operation of the Redwood <br /> <br />City Sewage Treatment Plant it is necessary to enter into a <br /> <br />contract for the supplying of liquid chlorine for the period <br /> <br />April 1, 1969 through June 30, 1970: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, specifications for the type of, and estimated <br /> <br />amounts of, liquid chlorine required for such period have been <br /> <br />prepared by the City Manager: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications for liquid chlorine to <br /> <br />be used by the Redwood City Sewage Treatment Plant for the <br /> <br />period April 1, 1969 through June 30, 1970, prepared by the <br /> <br />City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said liquid chlorine <br /> <br />in accordance with the specifications therefor, said advertise- <br /> <br />ment to be in the form of that certain notice of sealed bids <br /> <br />set forth in the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
