<br />f <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES.gw 2/10/69 <br /> <br />~ <br />J <br /> <br />N o. ..s-1t:tR <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR SWIM POOL <br />FILTER SYSTEM; AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />fEB 10 1)Q <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for a complete swim pool filter system, with <br /> <br />standard controls, for installation at the Community Park swim <br /> <br />pool; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, bidding forms, specifications, <br /> <br />bid sheets, and agreement, for the furnishing of a complete swim <br /> <br />pool filter system, with standard controls, to be used for munici- <br /> <br />pal purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
