<br />JHT.ek 1/23/69 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. ) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />ORIGIIVAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO FOUR-DOOR <br />SEDAN AUTOMOBILES, ONE ELECTRIC FORKLIFT TRUCK, AND <br />ONE TRUCK MOUNTED HI-LIFT HYDRAULIC OPERATED AERIAL <br />TOWER: AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />JAN 2,;, 19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the following equipment to be used for muni- <br /> <br />cipal purposes: <br /> <br />(a) Two, latest model, four-door sedan automobiles; <br /> <br />(b) One electric forklift truck; and <br /> <br />(c) One truck mounted hi-lift hydraulic operated <br />aerial tower; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the city Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Cler~, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders, <br /> <br />specifications, bid sheets and agreement, for the furnishing <br /> <br />of two, latest model, four-door sedan automobiles, one electric <br /> <br />forklift truck, and one truck mounted hi-lift hydraulic operated <br /> <br />aerial tower, to be used for municipal purposes, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the~orementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
