<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:I/IO/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />JAM 13 '69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS, SOUTHWEST <br />AREA, GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-65, PROJECT SD-27; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain plans and specifications have been prepared <br /> <br />for the construction of storm water drainage improvements <br /> <br />generally located in the southwest area of General Improvement <br /> <br />District 1-65 in the City of Redwood City, under Project SD-27 <br /> <br />of said improvement district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, General Improvement District No. 1-65, Storm Drainage <br /> <br />Project SD-27 - Plans for the Construction of Southwest Area <br /> <br />Storm Drains," and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Redwood City G.I.D. No. 1-65 - Contract Documents and Specifica- <br /> <br />tions for the Construction of Southwest Area Storm Drains - <br /> <br />Project No. SD-27 in the City of Redwood City, California," <br /> <br />copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the construction of storm water drainage <br /> <br />improvements generally located in the southwest area of General <br /> <br />Improvement District 1-65 in the City of Redwood City, under <br /> <br />Project SD-27 of said improvement district, in accordance with <br /> <br />the aforementioned plans and specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
