SJ'f RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECOND SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR FARM HILL ESTATES NO. 2 SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, on June 27, 1966, the City of Redwood City and Challenge Developments, Inc., entered into that certain agreement entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Farm Hill Estates No. 2" (hereinafter referred to as lithe basic agreement"); and WHEREAS, on March 13, 1967, the City of Redwood City and Challenge Developments, Inc., entered into that certain agreement entitled "Supplementary Agreement for the Improvement of Farm Hill Estates No.2" (hereinafter referred to as lithe first supplementary agreement"); and WHEREAS, Challenge Developments, Inc., has accomplished a portion of the work required to be done by it pursuant to the basic agreement, which work was accepted by the first supplementary agreement, and Challenge Developments, Inc., has further accom- plished a portion of the work required to be done by it pursuant to said first supplementary agreement and desires to have said work accepted by City; and WHEREAS, this Council desires to grant said partial accept- ance to Challenge Developments, Inc., while providing adequate safeguards for the completion of all remaining work; and WHEREAS, a second supplementary agreement has been prepared granting said partial acceptance and providing for safeguards, which second supplementary agreement has been reviewed by this Council; NOW I THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY I AS FOLLOWS:
