<br />. ~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:12/2/68 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. .s.iS"? <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUED CONSULTING SERVICES (URBAN <br />DESIGN) - GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-64, <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City entered into an agreement <br /> <br />dated February 20, 1968, with Michael McDougall, urban designer <br /> <br />and planner, to furnish certain urban design consulting services <br /> <br />in connection with the design of certain street furniture for <br /> <br />General Improvement District 1-64 in the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid consultant has performed the services <br /> <br />aforesaid and the City of Redwood City requires continued urban <br /> <br />design consulting services based upon the work heretofore performed <br /> <br />by said consultant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael McDougall, urban designer and planner, <br /> <br />has represented to the City of Redwood City that he is qualified <br /> <br />to perform the aforesaid continued urban design consulting services: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Michael McDougall <br /> <br />desire to enter into an agreement for said Michael McDougall to <br /> <br />furnish the City of Redwood City with the aforesaid design services: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />and Michael McDougall, entitled "Agreement for Continued <br /> <br />Consulting Services (Urban Design), General Improvement District <br /> <br />1-64, Redwood City, California," copies of which are presently <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copies <br /> <br />reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to execute the same for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
