Sf'I"O <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br />FOR STREET, PUBLIC UTILITY AND OTHER MUNICIPAL <br />PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Redwood City is the owner of certain. <br /> <br />hereinafter described real property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience and necessity <br /> <br />require the opening up of said parcels, and the dedication thereof, <br /> <br />for public street and public utility purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to open and dedicate for <br /> <br />public street and public utility purposes said hereinafter <br /> <br />described property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. This Council hereby finds that the public interest, <br /> <br />convenience and necessity require the hereinafter described real <br /> <br />property owned by the City of Redwood City to be dedicated to <br /> <br />public use for street,.pub~ic utility and all other municipal <br /> <br />purposes, and to be opened for said purposes. <br /> <br />2. The hereinafter described real property owned by the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City is hereby dedicated to and accepted for <br /> <br />public use for street, public utility and all other municipal <br /> <br />purposes, and said real property is hereby ordered opened for <br /> <br />said purposes. <br /> <br />3.
