P-1019 (TARIFF <br /> NO. 6) TO CHANGE CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF SAID TARIFF <br /> NO. 6 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Resolution No. P-1019 (Tariff No. 6), adopted March 4, <br />1982, and effective March 21, 1982, shall be, and the same is, <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) By repeal and deletion of the matters set forth in said <br /> Tariff No. 6 on page designated: <br /> 5th Revised Page 41 <br /> <br /> (b) By adoption of the matters set forth on the pages <br /> <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part of this <br /> <br /> resolution, which pages are designated: <br /> 6th Revised Page 41 <br /> Original Page 4lA <br /> <br /> 2. The above mentioned Tariff No. 6 shall be changed by <br />inserted therein the pages attached hereto, listed herein and made <br />a part hereof, and by deleting the above mentioned cancelled <br />page(s) as fbllows: <br /> <br /> Delete 5th Revised Page and insert 6th Revised Page 41 <br /> and Original Page 4lA. <br /> <br /> 3. The amendments made hereby shall be effective on and <br />after the date specified in the attachments hereto. <br /> <br /> <br />
