<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. //07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE <br />IU... 18.61 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Engineer of Redwood City has ascertained <br />the g~neral prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality <br />i~ which said pUblic work is proposed to he performed for work <br />ora similar character to that described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. // t) 1-, adopted .,.,., ,.. 1"1 by the <br /> <br />Council of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con- <br />tained in the specifications for said project, copies of which <br />are on file in the office of said Engineer and also in the office <br />of the Clerk of said City; and <br />WHEREAS the Council of Redwood City has duly considered <br /> <br />said scale and finds the same to be correct in all particulars; <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves as <br /> <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That said wage scale as set forth in the specifications <br /> <br /> <br />for the above-mentioned project is hereby adopted as the prevail- <br /> <br /> <br />ing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character to <br /> <br /> <br />that above described in the locality in which said public work <br /> <br /> <br />is proposed to be performed. <br /> <br /> <br />2.
