<br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />I If'! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE <br />OANYON ROAD <br />\VHEREAS the City Engineer of Redwood City has ascertained <br />the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality <br />in which said public work is proposed to he performed for work <br />of a similar character to that described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. , adopted September~4, 1951 by the <br />Council of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con- <br />tained in the specifications for said project, copies of which <br />are on file in the office of said Engineer and also in the office <br />of the Clerk of said City; and <br />WHEREAS the Council of Redwood City has duly considered <br />said scale and finds the same to be correct in all particulars; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves as <br />follows: <br />1. That said wage scale as set forth in the specifications <br />for the above-mentioned project is hereby adopted as the prevail- <br />ing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character to <br />that above descrihed in the locality in which said public work <br />is proposed to be performed. <br />2. That no less than said general prevailing rate of per <br />diem wages shall he paid for any work proposed to te performed <br />under said Resolution of Intention No. <br /> <br />-l~ <br /> <br />'* <br /> <br />'* <br /> <br />
