P-1359 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBLEASE AGREEMENT TO PORTSIDE <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> BE IT ~SOL~D BY THE BOARD OF PORT COM2~ISSIO~ OF THE <br />CI~ OF ~DWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 33 of that certain <br />lease aqreement dated May 31, 1984 (as amended) by and between <br />the City of Redwood City acting by and througk its Board of Port <br />Co~issioners and Portside Associates, a California limited <br />partnership' ("Lessee"), that certain sublease by and between said <br />Lessee and the following-named tenant, a copy of which s~lease <br />agreement is on file in the office of the Port Manager, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved: <br /> <br /> R.
