I :J <br /> <br />RE,gOLUT!.ON <br /> <br />NO. 56 ~ " <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH WANK, WILLIAMS & NEYLAN, INC. FOR <br />PREPARATION OF ANNUAL REPORT {PRELIMINARY STUDY} <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1967-1968 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the city of Redwood City and the firm of <br /> <br />Wank, Williams & Neylan, Inc. for preparation of a preliminary <br /> <br />study for the publication of an annual report for the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City for the fiscal year 1967-1968: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled IIAgreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of Annual Report (Preliminary Study} II by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood city and Wank, Williams & Neylan, Inc., a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is made for the full terms and conditions thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />city of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
