RESOLUTION NO. P-1358 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 1991. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement (C.G. Uhlenberg & Company letter <br />of agreement dated January 16, 1991) by and between C.G. <br />Uhlenberg & Company, and the City of Redwood City, acting by <br />and through its Board of Port Commissioners, providing for <br />the performance by said Accountants of professional auditing <br />services for the Port Department for the Fiscal Year ending <br />June 30, 1991, a copy of which agreement is presently on <br />file in-the office of the Port Manager to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning <br />the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the President of the Board of Port Commissioners and the <br />Port Executive Director are hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute the same on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of Redwood City, this 17th day of April 1991, <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES, Castle, Dodge, Bermett, Small, Smith <br /> <br /> NOES, None <br /> <br /> ABSENT, COMMISSIONERS None <br /> <br /> ..... ~'~ '~/-~ ort Commissioners <br /> <br /> <br />
