That this Council hereby finds that the hereinafter described parcel of real property is 'not now needed for any municipal public purpose and will not be needed for any public or any municipal purposes in the future. 2. Tha t the City Clerk be and she is hereby au thor iz.ed and directed t,o advertise the hereinafter described real property for sale to the general public on sealed bids in accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. 3. That the assessor of the City of Red\^lOod City has appraised the hereinafter described real property and based on such appraisal this Council hereby determines that the minimum acceptable bid is One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($1,225.00) . 4.
