S7 '-1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING' AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH REDWOOD CITY POLICE YOUTH <br />CLUB RELATING TO EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the Redwood City Police Youth Club entitled "Agreement" <br />(form dated 9/25/68), relating to the expenditure of funds <br /> <br />appropriated by the City and paid to the Police Youth Club to <br /> <br />be utilized solely for youth activities, a copy of which agree- <br /> <br />ment is on file in the office of the City Clerk to which copy <br /> <br />reference is made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on <br /> <br />behalf of the City; provided, however, that funds for such <br /> <br />purposes shall first have been appropriated. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
