RESOLUTION NO. P-1354 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> SECURITY SERVICES (WACKENHUT SECURITY SYSTEMS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Board has received and reviewed a number of <br />proposals for the provisions of security patrol services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Board has determined that the proposal will <br />best serve the needs of the Port of Redwood City at a cost that <br />is reasonable and fair to both parties; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Board to approve <br />execution of an agreement with the provision of security patrol <br /> <br />services consistent with such proposal; <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement (Security <br />Patrol") by and between the City of Redwood City acting by and <br />through the Board of Port Commissioners of said City and for the <br />furnishing o~ the security patrol services to the Port of <br />Redwood City, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br />of the Port Manager, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Port <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
