<br />\ <br />\~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:9/4/68 <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />RE.e.OLUT.!ON <br /> <br />N O. 671V <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUcrION OF MUNICIPAL MARINA FISHING PIER; AND <br />AUTHORIZING.CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of a fishing pier <br /> <br />at the Municipal Marina; and <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Municipal Marina Fishing <br /> <br />Pier, II prepared by Lawrence G. Brian & Co., Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Engineer, for the construction <br /> <br />of a fishing pier at the Municipal Marina, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. Those certain specifications entitled "General Specifi- <br /> <br />cations and Special provisions for the Construction of Municipal <br /> <br />Marina Fishing pier in the City of Redwood City, California," <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the City Engineer, and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Engineer, for the construction of a fishing <br /> <br />pier at the Municipal Marina, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the construction of said improvements at the <br /> <br />Municipal Marina, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> <br />therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain <br /> <br />"Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned specifi- <br /> <br />cations. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
