That, pursuant to the provisions of Section 20.33 of <br /> <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City, the following street is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be a through street: <br /> <br />Roosevelt Avenue, from El camino Real to Foothill Street. <br /> <br />2.
