J. <br /> <br />- .. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AUG 26 '68 <br /> <br />Oi l": r (\ Hq ^ L <br />.~J ~,~ 1 U I S ~ }-, <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N o. 5'7" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS FOR THE REMOVAL AND/OR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />CONCRETE WORK IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND, <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BInS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications and contract documents for the removal and/or <br /> <br />construction of concrete work in the City of Redwood city for the <br /> <br />period 1968-1969; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> <br />for bids for the performance of said work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "General Speci- <br /> <br />fications and Special Provisions for the Removal and/or Con- <br /> <br />struction of Concrete Work in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California," and the contract documents therein set forth, <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the Director of Public Works and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of said work, in accordance <br /> <br />with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in the <br /> <br />form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in the <br /> <br />above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
