<br />DES:al 8/19/68 <br /> <br />.." <br /> <br />.... ;.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.c.~ <br />f\\lG 19 v <br /> <br />R E,.e. 0 L U T 1- 0 N <br /> <br />N O. ~1'3' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF OXIDATION PONDS EFFLUENT LINE AND <br />CHLORINATION SYSTEM FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64: AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of an oxidation ponds <br /> <br />effluent line and chlorination system for Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Documents and <br /> <br />Specifications ~ Oxidation Ponds Effluent Line and Chlorination <br /> <br />System for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64" <br /> <br />and those certain plans entitled "Redwood City General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. l-64, Redwood City, California, Construction Drawings <br /> <br />for Oxidation Ponds Effluent Line and Chlorination System," prepared <br /> <br />by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & Mendenhall, and on file in the office <br /> <br />of the city Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work in accordance with <br /> <br />the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> <br />in the form of that certain notice to contractors set forth in <br /> <br />the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
