<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:lm:8/l/68 <br /> <br />RE.e.OLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />S7S5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH SAN MATEO JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT <br />RELATING TO A TRANSIT SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS STUDY <br />FOR CANADA CAMPUS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement by and between the city of Redwood city and the San <br /> <br />Mateo Junior College District providing for a study to deter- <br /> <br />mine the requirements for bus transportation service to the <br />Canada campus of the San Mateo Junior College District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve said agreement and authorize its execution: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - T,J:'ansit <br /> <br />System Requirements Study (Canada campus)" by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and the San Mateo Junior College Dis- <br /> <br />trict, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full partic- <br /> <br />ulars concerning the terms and particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />? <br />
