<br />I. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:7/3/68 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N o. 5731 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING STATEMENT OF ABATEMENT EXPENSES <br />AND ORDERING COLLECTION ON TAX ROLL: STRUCTURE LOCATED <br />ON LOT 7, BLOCK 3, SWEENEY ADDITION (636 CASSIA STREET) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proceedings have been heretofore initiated for <br /> <br />the abatement of a dilapidated structure located on Lot 7, <br /> <br />Block 3, Sweeney Addition, commonly known as 636 Cassia Street, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, by the adoption of Resolution No. 5679, <br /> <br />adopted May 6, 1968; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said abatement work has been completed in accordance <br /> <br />with the provisions of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with said Article II of Chapter 9 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the Chief Building <br /> <br />Official has submitted his statement of abatement expenses to <br /> <br />this Council and a public hearing has been held thereon after <br /> <br />due notice; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. In accordance with the provisions of Article II of <br /> <br />Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, this Council <br /> <br />hereby confirms the statement of abatement expenses in the <br /> <br />amount of Eight Hundred Ninety Dollars ($890.00) incurred in <br /> <br />connection with the abatement of a dilapidated, structure located <br /> <br />on Lot 7, Block 3, Sweeney Addition (636 Cassia street), and <br /> <br />hereby orders that said amount shall constitute a lien on said <br /> <br />real property and shall be collected on the next succeeding tax <br /> <br />roll in accordance with Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br />
