'. ~'_ <br /> <br />~ 24- J~? <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N o. 613'3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES CENTER <br />AND RELATED WORK, AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the demolition of existing buildings, <br /> <br />structures, and paving and the construction of new buildings, <br /> <br />structures, paving, fences, and improvements and related work in <br /> <br />connection with the construction of the Municipal Services <br /> <br />Center in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans and ",specifications entitled <br /> <br />IIMunicipal Services Center - City of Redwood City," prepared by <br /> <br />Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & Mendenhall, and presently on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the performance of the demolition of existing <br /> <br />buildings, structures and paving and the construction of new <br /> <br />buildings, structures, paving, fences and improvements and <br /> <br />related work in connection with the construction of the Municipal <br /> <br />Services Building in the City of Redwood City as designated in <br /> <br />the aforementioned plans and specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
