S 1,2 ~.,.", <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />CONSENT TO COMMON USE BY THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br />AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF DESIGNATED EASE- <br />MENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo has requested the City of <br /> <br />Redwood city to consent to the common use by said County and City <br /> <br />of certain easements for water main facilities, sanitary sewers <br /> <br />and storm drains, and a temporary construction easement in the <br /> <br />vicinity of the southwesterly prolongation of Charter Street <br /> <br />between Middlefield Road and the Southern Pacific Railroad right- <br /> <br />of-way in the City of Redwood city: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />consent to such common use by the City and the County: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the common use by the City of Redwood City and the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo of those certain easements described in that <br /> <br />certain "Consent to Common Use," a copy of which is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the city Clerk to which reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />full particulars as to the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the city Manager is hereby authorized to execute the <br /> <br />same on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
