APPROVING REVOCABLE <br />PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION OF IDENTIFICATION SIGN <br />- ABC MARINE WORLD, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ABC Marine World, Inc., desires to place and <br /> <br />install an identificat~on sign within the following described <br /> <br />property or premises of the City of Redwood City: <br /> <br />That certain median strip loc~ted within Marine World <br />Parkway in the vicinity of the intersection of Marine <br />World Parkway with the entranc~ to that certain enter- <br />prise designated "Marine vlorld" in the City ,of Req'dood <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to grant a <br /> <br />revocable .permit for the installation of the above mentioned <br /> <br />identification sign to ABC Marine World, Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW,' THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED,BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager and the Director of Public Works <br /> <br />,are hereby authorized to execute a revocable permit to ABC Marine <br /> <br />'World, Inc., to place and install an identification sign within <br /> <br />'the above described property in the City of Redwood City, which <br /> <br />permit shall not be effective until such time as ABC Marine <br /> <br />World, Inc., executes an a.cceptance of its terms and conditions Ii <br /> <br />2.
