S7:z,/ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH AND ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT <br />FROM STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL <br />SERVICES, FOR WATER LINE, EDGEWOOD-WILMINGTON WATER <br />SYSTEM, PROJECT W-7 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement and Grant of <br /> <br />Easement, Water Line" by and between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />and the Department of General Services, State of california, <br /> <br />providing for the granting to and acceptance by the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City of a certain water line easement in connection <br /> <br />with the Edgewood-Wilmington Water System, Project W-~ Redwood <br /> <br />City General Improvement District No. 2-65, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning <br /> <br />the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br /> <br />same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
