<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. !'713 <br />ORDERING CALL FOR BIDS <br />BEL AIR WAY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of Redwood City as follows: <br />1. Sealed proposals or bids are hereby invited for doing <br />all of the work described in Resolution of Intention No. 5711 <br />adopted by said Council on May 13, 1968, to which resolution <br />reference is hereby made for further particulars. <br />2. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed <br />to post a notice in the time, form and manner required by law, con- <br />spicuously, on or near the Council Chamber door of the Council of <br />Redwood City, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work <br />and making the improvements described in Resolution of Intention <br />No. 5711 <br />3. The Clerk of Redwood City is ordered and directed to <br />publish a notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for the work <br />described in Resolution of Intention No. 5711 for the period <br />required by law, in THE REDWOOD CITY TRIBUNE, a daily (except <br />Sunday) newspaper of general circulation, published, printed and <br />circulated in the City of Redwood City and hereby designated for <br />that purpose by the Council of said City. Said notice shall re- <br />fer to the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk for a detailed description <br />of the work to be done. <br />4. Said sealed proposals or bids will be publicy opened, <br />examined and declared by the Council of Redwood City in the Board <br />of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, <br />California, at or about the hour of 7: 30 P.M. on July 8,., 1968, and <br />all bids must be filed with the Clerk of the Council of Redwood <br />Ci ty on or before 5: 00 0' clock P.M. on July 8" 1968 at the Ci ty <br />Hall, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />*** <br />
