<br />DES.ek 5/31/68 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RE S OLUT.!.ON <br /> <br />N o. 07" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF REDWOOD CREEK CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS, <br />MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE TO VIRGINIA AVENUE, AND STULSAFT <br />BRANCH CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS, FAIRVIEW AVENUE TO <br />JEFFERSON BRANCH, PROJECT NO. SD-21, GENERAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain plans and specifications have been prepared <br /> <br />for the construction of Redwood Creek channel improvements <br /> <br />from Massachusetts Avenue to Virginia Avenue, and Stulsaft <br /> <br />Branch channel improvements, Fairview Avenue to Jefferson <br /> <br />Branch, under project SD-21 of General Improvement District <br /> <br />No. 1-65; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City has re- <br /> <br />viewed said plans, and specifications and desires to approve the <br /> <br />same and authorize and direct the City Clerk to call for bids <br /> <br />for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Plans for the Construction <br /> <br />of Redwood Creek Channel Improvements, Massachusetts Ave. to <br /> <br />Virginia Ave., Stulsaft Branch Channel Improvements, Fairview <br /> <br />Ave. to Jefferson Branch," and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Contract Documents and Specifications for the Con- <br /> <br />struction of Redwood Creek Channel Improvements, Massachusetts <br /> <br />Avenue to Virginia Avenue, and Stulsaft Branch Channel Improve- <br /> <br />ments, Fdirview Avenue to Jefferson Branch, Project No. SD-21," <br /> <br />copies of which are presently on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copies reference is hereby made for full parti- <br /> <br />culars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. . <br /> <br />2.
