<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:5/23/68 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. 57fJ' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZ ING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR METER COLLECTION SERVICES WITH LOOMIS <br />CORPORATION, DBA LOOMIS ARMORED CAR SERVICE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City and Loomis Corpora- <br /> <br />tion, a Nevada corporation, doing business as Loomis Armored Car <br /> <br />Service, for certain services in connection with the collection, <br /> <br />counting and depositing of parking meter revenue funds, for the <br /> <br />period commencing July 1, 1968, through June 30, 1971: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said agreement and <br /> <br />desires to approve the same and authorize its execution: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />and Loomis Corporation, a Nevada corporation, doing business as <br /> <br />Loomis Armored Car Service, entitled "Agreement for Meter Collection <br /> <br />Services, 1968-1971," a copy of which is presently on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference is made <br /> <br />concerning full particulars as to the terms and conditions thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
