• <br />R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N N O. <br />• A, <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CITY-OWNED <br />PARCEL OF REAL PROPEIITY AT THE CORNER OF <br />BEECH AND SPRING STREETS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is the owner of the here- <br />inafter described real property; and <br />1-K�;RE'AS, this Council has received evidence that the herein- <br />after described property is not needed for municipal purposes, <br />and that the City Assessor has appraised the herein described <br />property and has determined that the current market value thereof <br />is approximately Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) ; and <br />WHEREAS,, it is the intention and desire of the Council to <br />put said property up f or sale; <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLMIS : <br />1. That this Council hereby finds and determines that the <br />hereinafter described parcel of real property is not needed for <br />present or future municipal purposes and that the current market <br />value thereof is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). <br />2. That the City Clerk be and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to advertise the sale and call for bids, in accordance <br />with Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, <br />for that certain real property situate in the City of 11',Iedwood <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more particular- <br />ly described as follows: <br />An unnumbered lot within the limits of that subdivision <br />entitled "Record of Survey Map No. 2 of Broadway,, Redwood <br />City, San Mateo County, California," recorded June 19, <br />1941, in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, <br />California, in Volume 1 of Licensed Land Surveyor's Maps <br />at page 69, being more particularly described as follows.- <br />
