REG:yc:4 /20/61 -7 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N 0. <br />RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING ANNEXED TERRITORY KNOWN <br />AS "HIGHLANDS TERRITORY NO. 12" FROM WOODSIDE <br />FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the hereinafter described territory known as <br />"Highlands Territory No. 12" was annexed to the City of Redwood <br />City by Ordinance No. 1004, said annexation being effective on the <br />14th day of April, 1961; and <br />WHEREAS, said area is included in the Woodside Fire Protection <br />District; <br />NOW, THEREFORE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 14218 of the <br />Health and Safety Code of the State of California, the hereinafter <br />described property known as "Highlands Territory No. 12" is hereby <br />declared withdrawn from the Woodside Fire Protection District. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of <br />this resolution to the State Board of Equalization, the San Mateo <br />County Assessor, the San Mateo County Clerk, and the Board of <br />Fire Commissioners, Woodside Fire Protection District, Woodside, <br />California. <br />3. The withdrawal of the following described territory <br />from the Woodside Fire Protection District shall be effective <br />on the date of adoption of this resolution. <br />4. The property withdrawn is described as follows: <br />All that real property in the County..'-of San Mateo, .State <br />of California, described as follows. <br />
