x_L u L a '.i.' i 0 N N o. 3369 <br />ORDERING CALL FOR BIDS <br />ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS <br />ANNETTE AVENUE To MARSH ROAD <br />RESOLVED by the Council of Redwood City as follows: <br />1. Sealed proposals or bids are hereby invited for <br />doing all of the work described in Resolution of Intention <br />No. 3367 adopted by said Council on April 24, 1960, to <br />which resolution reference is hereby made for further <br />particulars. <br />2. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby ordered and <br />directed to post a notice conspicuously for five (5) days on <br />or near the Council Chamber door of the Council of Redwood <br />City, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work <br />and making the improvements described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. 3367 <br />3. The Clerk of Redwood City is ordered and directed to <br />publish a notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for the <br />work described in Resolution of Intention No. for <br />the period required by law, in the Redwood City Tribune, a <br />daily (except Sunday) newspaper of general circulation, pub- <br />lished, printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City <br />and hereby designated for that purpose by the Council of said <br />City. Said notice shall refer to the plans, profiles, detailed <br />drawings and specifications on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk for a detailed description of the work to be done. <br />4. Said sealed proposals or bids will be publicly opened, <br />examined, and declared by the Council of Redwood City in the <br />Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br />Redwood City, California, at or about the hour of 8:00 o'clock <br />-1- <br />
