0 <br />R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N N 0. 3368 <br />RESOLUTION FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE <br />ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS <br />ANNETTE AVENUE TO MARSH ROAD <br />WHEREAS., the City Engineer of Redwood City has ascertained <br />the general prevailing rate of per them wages in the locality <br />in which said public work is proposed to be performed for work <br />of a similar character to that described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. - <br />3367 , adopted April 24 1961 by the Council of <br />Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS. said rate of per them wages is set forth and <br />contained in the specifications for said project., copies of <br />which are on file in the office of the said Engineer and also <br />in the office of the Clerk of said City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has duly considered <br />said scale and finds the same to be correct in all particulars: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves as <br />follows: <br />1. That said wage scale as set forth in the specifica- <br />tions for the above mentioned project is hereby adopted as <br />the prevailing rate of per them wages for work of a similar <br />character to that above described in the locality in which <br />said public work is proposed to be performed. <br />2. That no less than said general prevailing rate of <br />per them wages shall be paid for any work proposed to per- <br />formed under said Resolution of Intention No. 3367 <br />
