' f REG: yc:4/11/61 -7 <br />RE S GLUT I ON N0. 3357 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PORTION OF BAYSHORE HIGH- <br />WAY BETWEEN BAYSHORE FREEWAY IN THE VICINITY OF <br />THE WHIPPLE AVENUE INTERCHANGE AND BAYSHORE FREE- <br />WAY IN THE VICINITY OF THE HARBOR BOULEVARD <br />INTERCHANGE AS VETERANS BOULEVARD <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That this Council hereby finds, pursuant to Section 34091.1 <br />of the Government Code of the State of California, that the name <br />of that portion of Bayshore Highway, also known as Old Bayshore, <br />from its intersection with the Bayshore Freeway in the vicinity <br />of the Whipple Avenue Interchange to its intersection with the <br />Bayshore Freeway in the vicinity of the Harbor Boulevard Inter- <br />change should be changed to "Veterans Boulevard," and does hereby <br />designate such street as "Veterans Boulevard." <br />2. That the City Clerk, pursuant to Section 34092 of the <br />Government Code of the State of California, is hereby directed <br />to transmit copies of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors <br />of San Mateo County and is also directed to transmit copies of <br />this resolution to the United States Post Office. <br />
