is 0 0 R E S O L U T I O N N0. 3353 ORDERING CALL FOR BIDS PIEDMONT WAY IMPROVEMENTS RESOLVED by the Council of Redwood City as follows: 1. Sealed proposals or bids are hereby invited for doing all of the work described in Resolution of Intention No. 3351 adopted by said Council on April 10, 1961, to which resolution reference is hereby made for further particulars. 2. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to post a notice conspicuously for five (5) days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Council of Redwood City, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and making the im- provements described in Resolution of Intention No. 3351 - 3. The Clerk of Redwood City is ordered and directed to publish a notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for the work described in Resolution of Intention No. 3351 , for the period required by law., in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper of general circulation,, published, printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City and hereby designated for that purpose by the Council of said City. Said notice shall refer to the plans., profiles, detailed drawings and specifications on file in the office of the City Clerk for a detailed description of the work to be done. Said sealed proposals or bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared by the Council of Redwood City in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records Redwood City, California at or about the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. on May 8. 1961 and all bids must be filed with the Clerk of the Council of Redwood City on or before 5:00 o'clock P.M. of May 8., 1961, at the City Hall., Redwood City., California.
