RES GLUT I ON N 0. 33+5 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING REMOVAL OF REAL PROPERTY <br />ACQUIRED BY CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FROM COUNTY <br />ASSESSI4ENT ROLLS AND CANCELLATION OF OUTSTANDING <br />TAXES THEREON <br />WHEREAS, by deed executed by <br />see attached <br />dated <br />, and recorded <br />in Volume at page of the Official Records of the Recorder <br />P <br />of the County of San Mateo, the fee title to the hereinafter described <br />property has been acquired by the City of Redwood City for public use, <br />to wit: see attached <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council that this property be <br />removed from the assessment rolls of the County of San Mateo and that <br />all outstanding taxes presently levied against said real property be <br />cancelled: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS <br />1. In accordance with the provisions of Division 1, Part 9, <br />Chapter 4, of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California, <br />the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo is hereby respect- <br />fully requested to remove the hereinafter described real property from <br />the tax assessment rolls of said County, and to cancel all outstanding <br />taxes presently levied against said real property. <br />2. The real property hereinabove referred to is all that real <br />property situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br />State of California, more particularly described by the San Mateo County <br />Assessor as follows: <br />see attached <br />3.
