_- REG: yc: 3 /17/61 -7 <br />RE SOLUT ION NO. 3337 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF <br />A PORTION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 29, OAK KNOLL MANOR <br />SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 631 of <br />the City of Redwood City, the Redwood City Subdivision Committee, <br />by its action of June 14, 1960, conditionally approved the <br />subdivision of a portion of Lot 1, Block 29, Oak Knoll Manor <br />Subdivision, owned by Frank R. Aiello, as shown on that subdivi- <br />sion map presently on file in the office of the Redwood City <br />Planning Department; and <br />WHEREAS, the conditions of approval are the construction of <br />certain right of way and utility improvements and the execution <br />of an agreement for the future construction of certain other right <br />of way improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to, and reviewed by, <br />this Council and this Council has approved said agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Improvement Agreement - <br />Bain Place Extension," on file in the office of the City Clerk, is <br />hereby approved. <br />2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br />said agreement on behalf of theC ity of Redwood City. <br />
