t t <br />REG: yc: 3/13/6 1-7 <br />RE S GLUT ION NO. 3333 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING BAY ROAD A MAJOR CITY STREET <br />FROM FIFTH AVENUE TO CHESTNUT STREET <br />BE IT :RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2050, et seq., <br />of the Streets and Highways Code, Bay Road, from its intersection <br />with Fifth Avenue northwesterly together with its extension to <br />Chestnut Street, is hereby declared to be a Major City Street. <br />2. That the above described portion of Bay Road declared to <br />be a Major City Street is in addition to all streets previously <br />declared to be Major City Streets. <br />3. That the City Engineer is hereby directed to transmit <br />two copies of this resolution to the Division of Highways, <br />Department of Public Works, State of California. <br />
