REG:yc: 3/6/61 -7 <br />.r <br />RES0LUT ION NO. 332+ <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GIFT DEED <br />AND AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY TO BE USED IN CON- <br />NECTION WITH THE MUNICIPAL MARINA <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the development of the Redwood <br />City Municipal Marina by the City of Redwood City it has become <br />necessary for the City to acquire a parcel of real property ad- <br />jacent to the property presently included within the development <br />plan for the Municipal Marina; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the deed and the agree- <br />ment entitled "Gift Deed (Estate for Years) " presently on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk and desires to authorize its ex- <br />ecution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain deed and agreement referred to above is <br />hereby approved. <br />2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said gift deed on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />record said deed. <br />
