REG :yc:3/6/61 -7 <br /> i <br />RE S GLUT ION NO. 3323 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT RELA- <br />TIVE TO WATER SERVICE FOR CHRISTOPHERSON PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, Lorne Christopherson is the owner of portions of <br />Lots 10, 11 and 16, Scenic Heights No. 1 Subdivision, which <br />property is located in unincorporated area adjacent to the City <br />of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, Lorne Christopherson desires to subdivide this <br />property into three parcels and wishes to secure water service <br />from the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of Lorne Christopherson to enter <br />into an agreement with the City of Redwood City to pay for his <br />share of the cost of water main facilities; <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute on behalf <br />of the City of Redwood City that certain agreement entitled <br />"Agreement" between the City of Redwood City and Lorne Christopherson, <br />a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk and to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />
