R E S O L U T I O N N0. 3309 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br />MARSHALL STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />(JEFFERSON AVENUE TO MAIN STREET) <br />WHEREAS., the Council of the City of Redwood City, did, on <br />October 31, 1960, pass and adopt a resolution ordering certain <br />work and improvements which work and improvements are more parti- <br />cularly described and set out in Resolution of Intention Number <br />3219 adopted by the Council of Redwood City on October 10, 1960 <br />to which resolution reference is hereby made for further particu- <br />lars, and which resolutions are on file in the office of the Clerk <br />of the City of Redwood City, and <br />WHEREAS, said resolutions directed the City Engineer of the <br />City of Redwood City to make and assign the assessments to be <br />made for the work and improvements to be done under said resolu- <br />tion of intention number 3219, and <br />WHEREAS., the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City has pre- <br />pared and presented for the approval of the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City, a diagram of the property affected or benefited by the <br />work and improvements described in said resolution of intention num- <br />ber 3219 and which property is to be assessed to pay the expenses <br />thereof., and which diagram shows each separate lot., piece or parcel <br />of land and the dimensions of each said lot, piece or parcel of <br />land and the relative locations of the same and the work proposed <br />to be done., all within the limits of the assessment district as set <br />out in said resolution of intention number 3219. <br />NOW,, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
