i <br />Ll <br />VC <br />RE SOLUT ION N0. 3307 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PRO- <br />VISIONS OF OaD INANCE NO. 631, BEING TII� SUB- <br />DIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />7 S , pursuant to Section 7 of Ordinance No. 631, the <br />Subdivision Ordinance of the City of 1 City, the Planning <br />Commission has received and recommended approval of the application <br />of Julian Basin for an exception to - the provisions of Section 5.31 <br />of said Ordinance No. 631 to allow the subdivision of the herein- <br />after described property into four lots, one of which would have <br />an area of 5,460 square feet instead of the required 6,000 square <br />feet; and <br />WI the property for which application to subdivide is <br />Trade is that certain real property located in the City of Redwood <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, on hose Avenue <br />and also having frontage on Fifteenth Avenue, which constitutes <br />portions of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 6, as shown on that certain map <br />entitled "Tract No. 505, Friendly Acres Subdivision No. 2"; and <br />1 said applicant has submitted a map of the proposed <br />subdivision in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 631 <br />and said map has been recommended for approval by the Planning <br />Commission and has been reviewed by the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to this <br />Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist which <br />affect said property; that the exception applied for is necessary <br />for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights <br />of petitioner; and that the granting of said exception will not <br />be detrimental to the public welfare or adversely affect other <br />property in the neighborhood; and <br />
