REG:yc:1/23/61/7 <br />RES0LUT ION NO. 3296 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH LAWRENCE G. BRIAN PROVIDING <br />FOR CONSULTING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH <br />BAYSHORE INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 2 <br />WHEREAS, on January 16, 1961, the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City authorized the commencement of proceedings for public <br />improvements by special assessment district proceedings in the <br />vicinity of Bayshore Industrial Park No. 2; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to contract with <br />Lawrence G. Brian, a civil engineer, as an independent contractor, <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for the improve- <br />ment of Bayshore Industrial Park No. 2; <br />NOW, THEREFORE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain agreement, entitled "Agreement for Engineering <br />and Consulting Services for Bayshore Industrial Park No. 2," by <br />and between the City of Redwood City and Lawrence G. Brian, a <br />civil engineer of 1526 Main Street, Redwood City, California, a <br />copy of which is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars as to <br />the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved. <br />2. The City Manager is Yee reby authorized and directed to <br />execute the aforementioned agreement on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />
