0 0 <br />RE SOLUT ION NO. 3287 <br />— — — — — — — — — — — — <br />REG:yc:l /5/61 -7 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR NEW POLICE CAR; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br />specifications for a new police car necessary for municipal pur- <br />poses, to replace worn out equipment; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to ad- <br />vertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Manager, <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, bidding forms, specifications <br />and bid sheets, for the furnishing of a new latest model four- <br />door sedan, are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br />for bids for the equipment designated in the aforementioned speci- <br />f ications . <br />
