REG:yc :1/5/61 -7 <br />c <br />RE SOLUT I ON NO. 3280 <br />RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING ANNEXED TERRITORY KNOWN AS <br />"WICKETT ANNEXATION" FROM MENLO PARK LIGHTING DIS- <br />TRICT AND DUMBARTON FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the hereinafter described territory known as "Wickett <br />Annexation" was annexed to the City of Redwood City by Ordinance <br />No. 983, said annexation being effective on December 16, 1960; and <br />WHEREAS, said area is included in the Menlo Park Lighting <br />District and Dumbarton Fire Protection District; <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS; <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 19290 of the Streets <br />and Highways Code of the State of California, the hereinafter <br />described property known as "Wickett Annexation" is hereby declared <br />withdrawn from the Menlo Park Lighting District. <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 14218 of the Health <br />and Safety Code of the State of California, the hereinafter des- <br />cribed property known as "Wickett Annexation" is hereby declared <br />withdrawn from the Dumbarton Fire Protection District. <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a copy of this <br />resolution with the State Board of Equalization, the San Mateo <br />County Assessor, the Menlo Park Lighting District and the <br />Dumbarton Fire Protection District. <br />4. The withdrawal of the below described territory from the <br />Dumbarton Fire Protection District shall be effective on the date <br />of adoption of this resolution. <br />5. The withdrawal of the below described territory from the <br />Menlo Park Lighting District shall be effective on the filing of <br />copies of this resolution pursuant to paragraph 3. <br />
